When I use copy trade other wallet, After I bought the token they have already sold, and I can't even follow them to sell.

Answer:

1. Check if you have turned on the follow sell order.

2. Check if you have followed a Sandwich Attack address. When these addresses strike, they will place buy and sell transactions in the same block, buying before the target transaction and selling after. Make sure you are not following one of these.

3. If the above are set correctly, try turning the gas fee up a little bit so that your transaction gets processed faster. Then you should be able to keep up with the trader you are following.

How to use multi wallet?

Answer: Yes, SpicyGun supports multi-wallet use cases. You can go to the wallet section and switch between different wallets in the upper right corner.

Why my asset was automatically transferred out after I make deposit?

Answer: You might have been scammed by a false bot. Please make sure you are using a bot from our approved list.

SpicyGun will not transfer your assets without your consent.

I copied wrong address, and my deposit has been sent to an contract address. What can I do?

Answer: If you accidentally copied the wrong address during a transfer and sent funds to an contract address, unfortunately, those funds cannot be recovered. To avoid this, always double-check the recipient's address before making any transfers.

Can I use one Telegram account to interact with two bots at the same time to perform transactions?

Answer: No, you can't. However, you can connect or create multiple wallets and use those wallets to make transactions simultaneously.

What does private key mean?

Answer: A private key is a secure, secret number that allows you to access and manage your wallet. It must be kept confidential, as anyone with access to it can control the associated wallet.

Why is Anti-MEV slow?

Answer: When you trade with Anti-MEV on, your transaction needs to wait to be packed by miners that support Anti-MEV. Unlike normal transactions, it will not be broadcast to the network without considering MEV.

How do I place stop loss and stop profit orders?

Answer: Navigate to the limit tab on the gun page. Choose the token and set the amount and the price you want to sell at. Then you are all set!

What are the fees I need to pay when I make transactions?

Answer: You need to pay a gas fee to miners, a tax to the project if there is a tax in the SPL contract, and a 1% service fee to us. Be invited to deduct the fee now!
